Product Regulations
All electronics sold at MobiMega.com are comply to the regulations by Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD) in Hong Kong.
The authorized AC plug used is Type G (as shown in the picture). All travel adapters (if applicable) included in the original package must be removed before selling in Hong Kong. For overseas customers, we can include a travel adapter for using the devices in delivery country.

The AC voltage in Hong Kong is 220V, the standards from all over the world are generally 110V and 220V, electric appliances with specific voltage mentioned cannot be used in other standards. Nowadays devices, however, are supporting world-wide voltage, especially for carrying devices like mobile phone, notebook computer, digital camera, etc, which can be used when traveling all over the world without added an adapter. But we still recommend our customers to read the manufacturer's instructions and labels before use for safety.

Warranty Policy
Manufacturer Warranty
Most of the electronic products selling on MobiMega.com are come with Hong Kong local warranty provided by the manufacturers, other covered locations may varies from products, the warranty period is mentioned in the product page according to the manufacturer notice, package description and warranty card information (if applicable). Final warranty conditions please refer to manufacturers' announcement or warranty card.
Parallel Imported Warranty
To satisfy some of our customers' needs, we also carry parallel imported version for some models which is clearly indicated in the product page, we responsible for limited warranty service (free checkup, free repair except cost of parts when necessary to replace) during maintenance period. If you received an item not same as what we described on our product page and order record, we can arrange free replacement or return (product must in good condition will full package and unfilled warranty card.).

Both Warranties Does Not Cover the Following in General
- Installation, removal, or reinstallation of any Product or component thereof.
- Damage or other Product failure due to causes beyond Our control including, but not limited to, power failure, power surge or inadequate power supply, operator negligence, failure to maintain the Product according to instructions provided with the Product, abuse, vandalism, computer viruses, theft, fire, flood, wind, freezing, unusual atmospheric conditions, telephone failure, or acts of war.
- Batteries, bulbs, toner, ink and other consumables.
- Loss or damage to recording media, software or data.
- Damage resulting from commercial use.
- Products with removed or altered serial numbers.
- Cleaning or other preventative maintenance.
