We have upgraded our payment platform to cater our growing orders from both local and overseas. Customers are responsible for the customs duty, if any, imposed by the Local Customs Authority and should be aware of any banned items. If any order is confiscated by the Local Customs Authority of your country because of the above-mentioned reasons, we are not responsible for any reshipment or refund regarding the confiscated order.

Expedite Shipping (SpeedPost EMS or FedEx)

We recommend expedite shipping which includes online tracking and guaranteed delivery time. Insurance is included for SpeedPost EMS, while FedEx doesn't provide insurance. But both parties provide better delivery and tracking arrangement.

Registered Mail

For orders with total shipping weight less than 1,000g (1Kg) and order amount less than HKD1,000 (USD129), we offer registered air or surface mail to specific countries as an alternative, for order amount above HKD500 (USD64), insurance is offered as an option on top of registered mail service, or expedite service will be the only option when the shipping country doesn't provide insurance service.

Insured Shipment

We do not offer refund or re-shipment for any damage or lost caused in the shipment process, please contact us and your local delivery agent once you found the ordered item(s) is/are damaged or lost due to some delivery mistakes. Insured shipment should be reported to and claimed from your local delivery agent. We will do our best to trace and track the shipment on your behalf when necessary.

Shipping Rates

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Eligibility of FREE SHIPPING: Hong Kong and Macau - shipping weight equal or less than 1,000g (1kg) and single order amount at or above HK1,000.

To get a quote, simple add your desired product(s) to cart and select your country and postal code (if necessary) when reviewing your cart.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full gram.

All orders are shipped directly from Hong Kong and thus we do not charge any sales tax, however, any customs duties or import sales tax levied on international deliveries are the responsibility of the customers.

Estimate Delivery Time

Most of the items can be shipped within 24 hours, we will notify you if we found the ordered item is out of stock and cannot be refilled within 2 business days, you may choose to wait new stock or request full refund.

We ship orders only on Monday to Friday; We don't ship orders on Saturaday, Sunday and public holidays in Hong Kong.

For Hong Kong local and Macau delivery, most of the items can be delivered within 1 - 3 business days with express or registered mail..

For Registered Air or Surface Mail, there is no gaurantee for the delivery time, in our experience, it takes around 1 - 2 weeks to arrive in most Asian countries.

For HongKong Post - SpeedPost EMS, the delivery standard for different countries can be found on their official website.
