Return and Refund Policy

You may return new, unused items in original package within 10 days of delivery for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Provided that the return meet the following conditions, no re-stocking fee deducted and no questions asked!
(1) Item(s) are purchased from our website (www.mobimega.com)
(2) Item(s) are returned within 10 days of receipt
(3) Item(s) are returned in brand new and resalable condition with original packaging, including but not limited to unfilled warranty card (if any)
(4) Item(s) in sealed package must remain sealed and unopened
(5) Accompanied by order receipt or proof of purchase
* MobiMega will not cover any postage costs for returned item(s). These costs must be covered in full by the customer.
If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item or item with manufacture defect), please also notice us within 10 days of receipt, we can arrange a free replacement at our cost with the return postage reimbursed once we have received the return item in stated condition. Postage to be reimbursed will not higher than the shipping rate we quoted for registered air mail service for the same item.
If you need to return an item, simply send us a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request under your account section after login, please provide photo(s) indicating the current condition of the item whenever possible.
We will review your case once we have received your request, and you will have our reply within 3 business days, please do not return an item without our RMA.
* All refund will be made in equiveant amount of MobiDollars under your account. MobiMega reserves the right to make the final decision on refund and replacement.
