If you are using a Visa card that has been activated for Verified by Visa or MasterCard that has been activated for MasterCard SecureCode, a pop-up window will appear during the checkout process. An authentication page will appear, asking you to enter your password or identity information, which will then be verified by your credit card's issuing bank. Upon approval, your purchase will be processed as normal. (Pop-up window may vary by different credit card's issuing bank)
